Payment

Payment methods and timing are agreed in Telegram after order confirmation. Please do not send payment until your order is confirmed.

Returns & exchanges

As a curated resale boutique, we handle returns as follows:

• Contact us on Telegram within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original condition
• Exchanges may be offered when stock allows; refunds at our discretion
